Median time to progression (TTP) of 15 to 24 weeks (3.7-6.0 months) and median progression-free survival (PFS) of 2.5 to 6.5 months are reported [12][13][14][15][16]20]. TTP and PFS are useful surrogates of OS, since they are not subject to crossover bias, and are determined earlier than OS.…”

It was demonstrated that 7/8 patients could be referred to the next treatment cycle without toxicityrelated delay.…”
