Abstract: Guinea pig cochlear blood vessels were investigated with regard to their supply of adrenergic and peptidergic nerve fibers. Using the glyoxylic acid histofluorescence technique, numerous adrenergic fibers were seen around the labyrinthine artery, whereas the spiral modiolar artery contained only few such fibers.
