“…O nível de atividade física foi mensurado por meio do Domínio 4 do Questionário Internacional de Atividade Física (IPAQ) referente às atividades físicas de recreação, esporte, exercícios e de lazer realizadas em uma semana normal, com intensidade vigorosa e/ou moderada, com a duração mínima de 10 minutos contínuos. Considera-se atividade física vigorosa aquela que demanda de grande esforço físico e padrão respiratório muito mais forte do que o normal, como correr, nadar rápido e praticar musculação, enquanto atividade física de intensidade moderada é aquela que exige algum esforço físico e padrão respiratório um pouco mais forte do que o normal, como pedalar em ritmo moderado, fazer hidroginástica, natação, ginás-tica, dança e caminhada 20 .
