“…Although less research has been performed on the localization and distribution of NPF receptor mRNA than on NPF mRNA, the expression of the NPFR transcript in the aphid head and digestive system is consistent with the localization data obtained for other insect species (Garczynski et al, 2002 ; Nässel and Wegener, 2011 ; Deng et al, 2014 ). For instance, in situ hybridization experiments have revealed abundant NPFR expression in the brain, midgut, and accessory nerve of 3rd instar Drosophila (Garczynski et al, 2002 ).…”

“…The NPFR-encoding transcript was also detectable in the aphid body remaining after removal of the head, gut and embryo, probably due to its extensive pattern of expression in insects. For example, the NPFR transcript has been observed in the testis, midgut, ovary, brain, fat body, epidermis, Malpighian tubule, and silk gland of B. mori larvae (Deng et al, 2014 ).…”

“…2 ). Neuropeptide receptor A4 has been identified as a NPF receptor 47 , whereas A10 and A11 are sNPF receptors 14 . Although A7 clusters nicely with A10 and A11, the ligand binding specificity of A7 has not been determined.…”

“…Hamkalo et al showed that no notable differences was found on the photosynthetic parameters of bombyx among the inter- silkworm and monoculture at the jointing stage in bombyx/soyworm system , while the Pn, Tr, Gs , and Ci of bombyx were significant higher in the treatments of no gut separation than that gut separation treatments 30 . System citrumelo worms with perennial grass was effective in Fe fodder capture and dry matter weight which associated with GLOP index, preventing the development of leaf chlorosis and improving their growth compared to the control worms 3133 . The results indicated that the accumulation of morphological and functional pliability derived from gut collaborations by intra-gut for enhancing nutrient acquisition in system and the importance of pliability in the performance of over-yielding advantage of system .…”
