Abstract: Echinococcosis is a zoonotic parasitic disease spread worldwide. The causative agent of the disease is a tapeworm Echinococcus spp.. Primary hosts are animals from the family Canidae and rarely Felidae and intermediate hosts are humans as well as domestic and wild ungulates.
