Acolhimento Multiprofissional em Estratégia de Saúde da Família: Espaço de Atuação para o Profissional Psicólogo

Abstract

RESUMOAcolhimento é uma estratégia de mudança no atendimento na saúde pública, na Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF), que visa trabalhar em equipe multiprofissional e humanizar as relações entre usuários e profissionais da saúde. O presente trabalho refere-se ao relato de experiência da primeira autora no Centro de Extensão Universitária Vila Fátima -PUCRS e tem como objetivo refletir a respeito da atuação do psicólogo nessa prática, sua relevância e objetivos, a partir da abordagem dos temas: Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) e ESF, equipe multiprofissional, Acolhimento, Psicologia e saúde pública. A integração teórico-prática possibilitou conclusões sobre os objetivos do psicólogo no Acolhimento: aprimorar o atendimento aos usuários, com o conceito de Integralidade do SUS; auxiliar a mudança do foco da doença para o indivíduo; compreender suas potencialidades e possibilidades de ação na saúde pública. Porém, dificuldades foram encontradas pela carência de ensino na academia sobre a atuação do psicólogo na saúde pública, bem como falhas no cumprimento de princípios norteadores do SUS pela equipe multidisciplinar.
