Abstract:Osteosarcoma (OS) is a primary bone malignancy that typically occurs in adolescents and young adults. Epidemiologic studies suggest that OS is positively correlated with tall stature and high birth weight. It is common in hereditary retinoblastoma and Li-Fraumeni syndrome.
