Abstract: Introduction: Glioblastoma is resistant to standard treatment, leading to tumor recurrence and early death of patients. Using organoid models, we aim to explore the mechanisms of resistance to cancer therapies and identify novel therapeutic vulnerabilities, including stress protecting melanoma-associated antigens (MAGEs).
