Abstract: Introduction: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is common in cardiac amyloidosis and often symptomatic. Commonly used therapeutics may be poorly tolerated. Patients with cardiac AL amyloidosis carry a high risk of stroke and bleeding, making anticoagulation challenging.
