Abstract:Bismuth telluride nanopowders are prepared by a simple but efficient wet chemical synthesis route namely Sol-gel auto-combustion. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopic (SEM) analyses were used to study the structural and morphological characteristics.
