Abstract:Aims: Cataract surgery with combined endo-cyclophotocoagulation (phaco-ECP) remains a relatively new procedure for glaucoma specialists. Problems associated with trans-scleral photocoagulation and a lack of long-term data can cause reluctance to introducing the procedure.
