Di masyarakat, termometer yang biasa digunakan untuk mengukur suhu berbasis air raksa atau alkohol. Namun, ada beberapa kelemahan termometer air raksa atau alkohol. Termometer alkohol memiliki kelemahan yaitu dinding kaca menjadi sedikit basah, sulit membaca suhu yang diukur, dan alkohol tidak berwarna. Oleh kerena itu dibuat termometer sederhana yang memiliki keunggulan seperti pembacaan suhu yang lebih teliti, lebih aman digunakan dan bahan-bahan dalam pembuatan termometer lebih sederhana. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara memvariasikan setiap lilitan kawat untuk melihat perubahan yang terjadi. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian di Logger pro dalam bentuk grafik dan nilai yang terukur. Setalah data diperoleh data di pindahkan ke MS excel yaitu nilai t waktu, nilai dari T suhu dan I Intensitas. Hasilnya Rentang suhu yang paling baik untuk melihat kemiringan kurva adalah pada suhu 38 -100 ºC. Pada saat rentang suhu tersebut terjadi perubahan nilai yang cukup baik sehingga bisa diperoleh nilai konsistensi yang paling baik adalah pada kawat dengan 150 lilitan, nilai R 2 = 0,99 dengan persamaan y = -5.5246x + 4174,5.

Background. Currently, there is a significant number of technologies and materials in the world that are used to manufacture flexible electronics devices. Therefore, a review of various technologies and materials for the manufacture of flexible sensors, which would not be inferior in terms of sensitivity to their solid-state counterparts, is in demand. In addition, most modern flexible electronics technologies are based on the use of artificial polymers, the production of which pollutes the environment and which need to be disposed of at the end of its service life. Therefore, there is an urgent need to find an alternative to artificial polymers, environmentally friendly material. Objective. The purpose of the paper is to determine design and technological features of manufacturing and application of flexible and biodegradable electronic sensors. Methods. The article analyses, classifies and compares different technologies and materials for the manufacture of flexible sensors, which would not be inferior to their solid-state counterparts in terms of sensitivity. The technological features of synthesis and the main characteristics of flexible sensors made on the basis of artificial and biodegradable materials were also compared in the paper. Results. The design and technological features of manufacturing as well as application of flexible electronic sensors in comparison with their solid-state analogues were determined in the paper. Three groups of substrate materials that can be used for the synthesis of flexible sensors have been identified and their performance characteristics analysed. A comparison of different production techniques for flexible electronic sensors in terms of environmental friendliness, cost and manufacturability is carried out. Conclusions. The most promising biodegradable material, on the surface of which one can create a flexible sensor, is nanocellulose. Different types of printing are the most promising production technique for the manufacture of such devices, because they are cheap and can provide high productivity. Based on the obtained results, it is possible to improve the existing and develop new methods of creating flexible electronics devices that do not require recycling.

Accurate temperature measurements can efficiently solve numerous critical problems and provide key information. Herein, a flexible micro-three-dimensional sensor, with a combination of platinum and indium oxide to form thermocouples, is designed and fabricated by a microfabrication process to achieve in situ real-time temperature measurements. The stability and reliability of the sensor are greatly improved by optimizing the process parameters, structural design, and preparation methods. A novel micro-three-dimensional structure with better malleability is designed, which also takes advantage of the fast response of a two-dimensional thin film. The as-obtained flexible temperature sensor with excellent stability and reliability is expected to greatly contribute to the development of essential components in various emerging research fields, including bio-robot and healthcare systems. The model of the application sensor in a mask is further proposed and designed to realize the collection of health information, reducing the number of deaths caused by the lack of timely detection and treatment of patients.
