Abstract: 12/12 FRCs ward A (13/15 ward B) were incomplete. Mid-morning drink (4/ 12) and evening meal (4/12) were most frequently omitted on ward A, whereas, milk/cream at breakfast (11/15) followed by mid-morning snack (6/15) and evening meal (6/15) were omitted from ward B. 'Portion eaten' was frequently omitted from FRCs on both wards despite consumption being observed (8/12 FRCs ward A; 5/15 FRCs ward B) this mostly for lunch.
