This study aims to improve state regulation and administration of quasi-state sector of environmental sustainability in the Republic of Kazakhstan within the social sustainability paradigm. This study is due to the need to search the balance of business interests, and efficient use of resources and their conservation on a global scale. The issues of state asset management are identified and ways to resolve them are proposed based on the corporate foresight methodology using the strategic planning mechanism. As a result of the analysis of the tools introduced into the practice of leading transnational corporations, the main directions are identified in which it is advisable to take measures aimed at streamlining and optimizing the quasi-public sector in the Republic of Kazakhstan. This article presents proposals for improving state regulation and administration of quasi-public companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The outcomes of this study can assist policymakers, experts, and stakeholders in gaining awareness about these problems while simultaneously improving sustainability practices.

PT. X a is a private company engaged in the wood processing industry. To avoid production excesses or shortages in the company, production planning using the Aggregate Planning Method can be utilized to meet all consumer demands. The variables used include demand data, production costs, setup costs, and manufacturing time. Through this research, the company can fulfill consumer demands and minimize production costs by implementing aggregate planning. Additionally, the company can forecast future demand, enabling them to anticipate fluctuations in consumer demand. By using aggregate production planning, a total production time of 8657 hours can be scheduled to fulfill a demand of 7121 m3. The cost savings achieved after implementing aggregate planning. The total proposed production cost using aggregate planning is IDR.1.383.921.682 and actual cost is IDR 1.477.900.968. So that the company can save production costs of IDR 93,979,286 or 6.35%. For the total production cost of the upcoming year 2023 by implementing aggregate planning based on the forecasting data, the cost is IDR 1.534.711.812.

PurposeSustainable supply chain management (SSCM) practices and policies are necessary for businesses that seek to take part in international markets and ensure any form of competitiveness. Over time, and especially in the recent past, researchers, governments, and other policymakers have made use of broad and systematic approaches and come to appreciate the value-enhancing activities of sustainability.Design/methodology/approachBusinesses have embraced the integration of sustainable policies and practices within the supply chain as a critical step in ensuring the efficiency of their operations. It is clear in previous studies and operational programs of enterprises that SSCM practices accord businesses certain benefits including improving their environmental, social, and economic performance, and increasing their ecological awareness by way of influencing performance elements within supply networks in enterprises. The study examines the factors influencing performance and theories of SSCM using a neutrosophic method in the textile industry.FindingsSSCM performance is thus of great importance in ensuring business success and competitiveness, realizing customer satisfaction, and leaving the environment in a desirable state for future generations. Performance management, by assisting in the decision-making by managers and ensuring an adequate level of internal interaction, is an integral part of assimilating sustainability management into businesses. SSCM theories also have a strong impact on the determination of the sources of competitive advantage through effective utilization of business capabilities to solve environmental and social challenges that may affect business performance.Originality/valueIn line with the benefits highlighted, this study seeks to evaluate and select the factors affecting SSCM performance and theory in textile enterprises with corporate identity in Ordu and Giresun provinces following a neutrosophic approach. To this end, the elements obtained from the literature review are evaluated using the MULTIMOORA-mGqNN method.
