A Study on the Factors Influencing the Satisfaction of College Users on Logistics Services under the Structural Equation Model: Example of Jingdong Logistics in China

Abstract: In this paper, the structural equation model is used to investigate the factors that affect the satisfaction of college students with Jingdong (JD) logistics. Based on the Swedish customer satisfaction index (SCSI) model and the American customer satisfaction index (ACSI) model, combined with their own actual needs, the model of college students’ satisfaction with JD Logistics is redefined. In this way, the scale indicators of the questionnaire survey are set. Combined with the research and empirical analysis … Show more

“…Zhu Zong et al [3] promoted the construction scheme of intermittent installation of bridge deck slabs, especially the use of pivot jacking to improve the structural forces through the study of large-span variable cross-section steel plate composite girders. H. Zhang et al [4] investigated the influence of design parameters on shear hysteresis effect of curved steelconcrete composite girder bridges by means of finite element analysis, which provided useful information for the design process. Yanmei Gao et al [5] proposed an assembled steel truss-concrete composite girder with preburied shear pins and investigated its mechanical properties, which provided a basis for the improvement of this structure type.…”
