“…Indeed, one case report of a solitary acantholytic acanthoma on the abdomen briefly mentions that mild dyskeratosis may be present, but Ôprominent' dyskeratosis is not a feature. 2 Although clinically apparent, non-genital lesions that histologically display prominent acantholysis and dyskeratosis are not uncommon lesions, nomenclature is not standardized.
