Abstract: RESUMOCom base no referencial da teoria racial crítica, foi feita uma revisão da literatura com o objetivo de buscar informações que fundamentem uma ação profissional afirmativa contra o racismo e o sexismo, baseada em evidências científicas e culturalmente competente.
