Abstract:Vaginal lichen sclerosus (LS) is an extremely rare entity. Classically, LS is referred to as a chronic, inflammatory skin disease with a distinct predilection for the anogenital skin that is observed in postmenopausal women and typically manifests clinically as white, atrophic plaques.
