A Numerical Optimization Technique for Scheduling Non-uniform Metro Trains under Time-varying Passenger Demands

Abstract: Urban rail transit is costly and often overloaded. Thus, the motivation of this paper is to develop specific operating strategies to reduce cost and improve service level.
