A nonlocal continuum model for the piezopotential of two-dimensional semiconductors

Abstract: Owing to the intrinsic nanoscale dimension of two-dimensional (2D) piezoelectric semiconductors, the small-scale effects on their piezopotential properties are inevitable in their piezotronic applications.
