D. The case of Ashmarin et al [3] seems to have had a pemphigus-like dermatosis with severe lesions in the m outh and on the ocular conjunctivae and a positive Nikolsky test. U nfortunately no biopsy was performed and it is not clear whether the eruption was a true pemphigus vulgaris, coinciding with a carcinoma of the stomach, or a pemphigus-like dermatosis.…”
