A mathematical approach for the estimation of biomass production rate in solid state fermentation
Abstract: The oxygen uptake rate (OUR) was studied in a solid state fermentation process of dried citrus peel with the strain Asporgillus niger QH-2 in order to obtain the growth estimation of the microorganism in the system.
