A Literature Survey on Vision Assistance System Based on Binocular Sensors for Visually Impaired Users

Abstract: According to research, in 2015, there were an estimated 253 million people with visual impairment worldwide. Of these, 36 million were completely blind and a further 217 million had moderate to severe visual impairment (MSVI). This forms a considerable part of the population if you look at it.
