Este estudo objetivou conhecer a percepção dos profissionais de uma escola da rede pública estadual de educação básica do interior do Estado de São Paulo, sobre o meio escolar onde desempenham suas funções. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, do tipo exploratório e descritivo, em que os dados foram coletados a partir de um questionário, numa amostra de 21 profissionais, com idades entre 20 e 60 anos. Os resultados mostram que apesar da percepção positiva em relação a estrutura física da escola, há falta de recursos financeiro que afetam o seu funcionamento. O envolvimento dos pais é negativo e existem comportamentos problemáticos na escola que exigem o envolvimento de todos os atores escolares e equipe multidisciplinar para melhorar o sistema disciplinar da escola. Conclui-se que a avaliação do meio escolar pode contribuir para o desenvolvimento de ações intersetoriais, tendo como propósito a prevenção e enfrentamento dos comportamentos problemáticos dos estudantes e a violência. Palavras-chave:ambiente escolar; comportamentos; avaliação.Abstract: This study aimed to know the perception of the professionals of a school in the state public basic education network in the interior of the State of São Paulo, about the school environment in which they perform their functions. This is a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive study, in which the data were collected from a questionnaire in a sample of 21 professionals, aged between 20 and 60 years. The results show that despite the positive perception regarding the physical structure of the school, there is a lack of financial resources that affect its functioning. Parent involvement is negative and there are problematic behaviors at school that require the involvement of all school actors and multidisciplinary team to improve the school's disciplinary system. It is concluded that the evaluation of the school environment can contribute to the development of intersectoral actions, with the purpose of preventing and coping with students' problematic behaviors and violence.Evaluation de l'environnement scolaire: perceptions des professionnels d'une école publique Résumé: Cette étude visait à connaître la perception des professionnels d'une école dans le réseau public d'éducation de base publique de l'intérieur de l'État de São Paulo, sur l'environnement scolaire dans lequel ils exercent leurs fonctions. Objective:To analyze the context of health promotion with adolescents in the health and education interface focusing on the actions of the Brazilian School Health Program. Method: Qualitative study conducted in 2015 with professionals working in the Regional Executive Coordination IV, in Fortaleza, Ceará. The data obtained in the interview were processed in the ALCESTE program. Results: 17 health professionals and 22 education professionals participated in the study. The organization of spontaneous demand causes disharmony in the scheduled visits and health actions in the school. The difficulties in the implementation of the School Health Program were demonstrated by the lack of knowledge, the lack of planning among the sectors and the different demarcations in the territory. Conclusion: The professionals' lack of knowledge regarding the program and the lack of action planning confirm the disarticulation of the education and health sectors, although they indicate the possibilities of this inter-sectoral practice.

Introduction: Knowing the profile of individuals who demand health services or professionals could help in the improvement and reorganization of services. However, this subject is still underexplored among adolescents. This study aimed to describe and identify characteristics related to the demand for health services or professionals by Brazilian students. Methods: Using data from the 2015 National School Health Survey, the prevalence and respective 95% confidence intervals (95%CI) of the demand for health services or professionals among students were estimated, and Poisson regression adjusted by age and region of residence was used to identify the associated factors. Results: More than half of the students demanded for health services or professionals in the last year, with a higher demand among females. The characteristics associated with the outcome were sociodemographic (female, white, private school), family (maternal schooling of 12 years or more, having meals with parents/guardians and parents' knowledge of the adolescent's activities in their free time), risk behaviors (alcohol consumption and sexual intercourse without a condom) and healthrelated issues (physical violence, wheezing, toothache, hygiene habits, and attitude to one's own weight). Conclusion: Organizing health services in a way that takes the particularities of this population into account may provide a space to deal with subjects related to the risks to which it is exposed.
