Abstract: MONOLITHIC VOLTAGE-CONTROLLED oscillators (VCO) are widely used in analog IC design. Ah frequencies below about 500kHz these circuits display excellent characteristics, with temperature coefficients (TC) of frequency less than 100ppm/°C"2.
