Abstract: Cloud computing is an established paradigm for end users to access resources. Cloud infrastructure providers seek to maximize accepted requests, meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reduce operational costs by dynamically allocating Virtual Machines (VMs) to physical nodes.
