A guide for measurement of circulating metabolic hormones in rodents: Pitfalls during the pre-analytical phase

Abstract: Researchers analyse hormones to draw conclusions from changes in hormone concentrations observed under specific physiological conditions and to elucidate mechanisms underlying their biological variability.
