In the last few years, due to the benefit of solving large-scale computational problems, researchers have been developed multicloud infrastructures. The trust-related issue in multiclouds includes more complicated content and new problems. A new trust management framework for multicloud environments is proposed in this article. The proposed framework used a combination of objective and subjective trust values to calculate the cloud service provider’s trust values. This new framework can identify and rectify fake feedbacks from other feedbacks. Another advantage of this framework is applying fuzzy rules to calculate trust values. Two main components of the proposed framework are simulated in this paper. The simulation results confirm the important role of applied components. Also, this paper proposed a framework compared with other frameworks (feedback-based model, SLA-based model, and multicloud model). Simulation results show the proposed framework increased trust values rather than other models. Also, compared with other models, our framework gives better mean trust values.

The collaborations in open environments are necessarily coupled with potential dangers. Recently, in the grid computing the trust management has been recognized as a mechanism for managing the dangers and learning from past interactions. In the last few years several trust models were proposed. The models incorporate trust into the process of decision making whether or not to collaborate through a grid environment. However, the accuracy of the made decisions is dependent on a correct assessment and representation of trustworthiness assigned to the collaborating parties. The paper overviews several trust models, specify their characteristic attributes and describe the models according to the specified attributes. The overview enables a better understanding of trust management integration into the grid computing. It also defines essential features of the trust models that should be considered during the design of future models.

Grid computing systems are a distributed geographical environment where the resources of entities are shared between each other and defining the type of entities is fully in control of their owners. Each entity can apply kind of limitations to the use of its resources by other entities. Because the resources of the non homogeneous grid belong to the various places with various business policies, it is very important and complex to manage the behavior trust of the resources in return to the requested works. In this paper a new method is proposed to the ability of probability theory for managing the behavior trust in grid computing systems.
