“…It is worth pointing out that the entire procedures, from sample entry to data exit, involving facile sample treatment, simple sample incubation, and automatic sample analysis, took about 1 h. Specically, the recommended uorescence analyzer enabled automatic sampling detection of 10 samples within 5 min in one round, considerably enhancing the analysis efficiency in comparison to a traditional uorescence spectrophotometer which involves manual and single analysis (time-consuming and labor-intensive). 37,38 Moreover, the homemade uorescence analyzer is competent to multiplex quantitative analysis, whereas the widely used handheld spectrometer for lateral ow assays only allows a single sample analysis in addition to a semi-quantitative result. 39 These features of high selectivity and sensitivity, ease of use, and multiplexity make the developed uorescence biosensing platform show great promise for further practical applications.…”
