Abstract: Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) is a triphasic hematological malignancy characterized by the presence of the abnormal Philadelphia chromosome, linked to causing uncontrolled myeloid cell proliferation in the bone marrow and marked changes in the peripheral blood and bone marrow microenvironments.
