Abstract:Nadolol is a long-acting non-selective β–adrenergic antagonist that helps treat angina and hypertension. The current study aimed to develop and validate the physiologically based pharmacokinetic model (PBPK) of nadolol in healthy adults, renal-compromised, and pediatric populations.
