A Case of Atraumatic Splenic Rupture in a Patient with Hairy Cell Leukemia

Abstract: A41-year-oldwomanwasadmittedtoourhospitalforexaminationandtreatmentofleukemia.Her left abdominal pain worsened and anemia progressed. Computed tomography revealed an atraumatic splenic rupture with active bleeding.
