Knowledge Management Research and Practice (KMRP) is a reputed international journal in the field of knowledge management. Motivated by the stature of the journal, this study aims to analyse the journal's impact, prominent themes, and frequently contributing authors and their affiliated institutions and countries using bibliometric analysis. Network analysis is used to observe the trends in collaboration in the journal. Bibliographic coupling analysis grouped the journal's publications into four different groups with the objective of identifying the leading trends and the evolution of the journal. The study uses the Scopus database to extract the bibliographic data of the journal along with VOSviewer and Gephi software for graphical visualisation of the bibliographic data.

Gender, Work and Organization (GWO) is a highly reputed journal specializing in gender and development‐based research. In 2018, the journal celebrated its 25th anniversary, presenting the perfect opportunity to conduct a retrospective analysis of its content. Using bibliometric analysis on the GWO documents retrieved from the Scopus database, this study documents evidence of the research activities of the journal between 1994 and 2018. The article reports its publication and citation structure, leading trends and its increasing drive towards co‐authorship. It also identifies the most prominent topics, prolific articles and authors, and discusses the impact of the state of collaboration among the various GWO scholars. The study also maps the intellectual structure of the scholar network in the journal and finds the most influential scholars and leading institutions to be the most central in the collaboration network. The findings of the research include implications for researchers, practitioners and policymakers.

The development of transformational research publication has increased gradually, and the trends were consistently rising. Therefore, the study aims to analyse the scientific literature published in the field of transformational leadership research. Scopus database was utilised to assemble literature on transformational leadership field based on the ‘keywords’ search results, and the study finalised 2,136 valid documents for further analysis. Authors then employed VOS viewer for data visualisation purpose. The results show an increase in the literature on transformational leadership from 1987 until now. However, the number was slightly lower in 2015. Various studies have been conducted on transformational leadership involving the collaboration of multi-authors. Most of the publications were published in English, with a total of 161 authors from 96 different countries and 162 institutions.
