Abstract: Pleomorphic adenoma is one of the most common benign tumors of the major salivary glands. It can also occur in the minor salivary glands, which exist in the nasal cavity. We present a case of pleomorphic adenoma masquerading as squamous cell carcinoma in 61-year-old man. This patient presented with nasal obstruction, nasal bleeding and nasal deformity.
