Abstract: In this research, three age groups of Plodia interpunctella (Hübner) eggs (1-, 2-and 3-day-old eggs) were exposed to ultraviolet irradiation (UVC) with 254nm wavelength for 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 4, 8, 16, 24, 32 and 40 minutes, under controlled conditions.
