Abstract: The study presents the characterization of the Career Guidance Program PROFTEENS used in the inclusive school in Bratislava, the Slovak Republic and provides information about the forms and methods used in the work of the counselor and the school psychologist with the mainstream students and the students with the special needs. The article also provides its advantages for the students, for the school psychologist and for the counselor.
