Abstract: Infectious bronchitis disease is a contiguous disease in poultry, treated mainly by vaccination which is failed at high rate due to high variation of the Infectious Bronchitis Virus (IBV).Epitope -based vaccine as promising approach was used. In this study epitopes were derived from consensus sequence of vaccine strains used in Iraq, characterized and some of them docked with chicken MHC I molecules.
