Abstract: Background Posaconazole-induced pseudohyperaldosteronism (PIPH) has been associated with elevated posaconazole serum concentrations. Clinicians are faced with the difficult task of managing patients with PIPH while not compromising the efficacy of antifungal prophylaxis or treatment.
