“…The epidemiological findings and meta-analysis have implied a close correlation between CRC and H. pylori infection (Kim et al, 2017;Butt and Epplein, 2019;Zuo et al, 2020). To better understand the mechanisms of causal effect of H. pylori on CRC, Ralser et al recently conducted a series of analyses of H. pylori-induced changes in gut environment on Apcmutant mouse models and C57BL/6 mice, and further verified the findings in human samples (Ralser et al, 2022).
