Clinical Outcomes Related to the Gastrointestinal Trophic Effects of Erythropoietin in Preterm Neonates: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Abstract: Erythropoietin (EPO) plays an important role in the development and maturation of the gastrointestinal tract. Recombinant EPO (rEPO) has been used to prevent anemia of prematurity.
