Abstract: SummaryThe etiologic spectrum of stroke is different in those with HIV infection compared to those without. HIV-associated vasculopathy was the commonest mechanism found. We describe an immune reconstitution syndrome–like vasculopathy among those starting antiretroviral therapy.
