Abstract: BackgroundCardiac resynchronisation therapy (CRT) is an adjunct to medical therapy in managing severe heart failure (HF) patients. Despite advances in CRT, valvular heart disease (VHD) is currently a specific exclusion criterion and response to therapy in this setting remains unclear.
