Does pregabalin improve sleep disorders in fibromyalgia?

Abstract: BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: Fibromyalgia is a chronic generalized pain syndrome accompanied by somatic symptoms, mainly represented by sleep disorders. Pregabalin is the main agent among pharmacological treatments. CONTENTS: An electronic search was performed in the databases Lilacs, Pubmed/Medline, Scielo and ScienceDirect.
