Comparative assessment between objective and subjective methods in slides stained by immunohistochemistry

Abstract: Our study showed that the irregular characteristics of middle ear cholesteatoma slides stained by immunohistochemistry prevents its proper objective evaluation, while the subjective assessment by experienced examiners was more reliable.
