Objective: to analyze the meanings attributed by primary care nurses about the fight against homophobia and suicide prevention among homosexuals. Method: descriptive and qualitative research performed with nurses who work in the Family Health Strategy of a city in Northeastern Brazil. A semi-structured script was used for interviews conducted in September and October 2018. The transcribed statements were processed in the IRaMuTeQ software and analyzed by the Descending Hierarchical Classification. Results: four classes were identified, named "Prevention of suicide among homosexuals in primary care", "Public policies focused on the homosexual population", "Reception of the homosexual population in primary care" and "Fighting homophobia in primary care" respectively. The meanings attributed by nurses were anchored in improving the reception of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transvestite and transsexual population (LGBT). Conclusion: It is necessary to recognize the need to invest in studies that reinforce the expansion of humanized care and free of prejudice.

Objective: To identify essential elements in care practices for the Homeless Persons in the context of Primary Health Care and verify evidence and strength of recommendation for health decision-making. Method: Integrative literature review, using Health Descriptors, keywords and "MeSH terms" in the databases: LILACS, PubMed Centre and Web of Science. Results: Twenty-two scientific papers were selected and grouped into three categories: Understanding of the Other, Support Network and Emancipatory Care. The study identified important elements for the development of care, such as understanding Homeless Persons, valuing network care and Emancipatory Care. Conclusion: There was a need for further studies and research on the subject, which would make it possible to construct more equitable and inclusive health policies and actions for this population that needs very unique elements in care practices.

OBJETIVO: Verificar a percepção das mulheres com câncer do colo do útero sobre a incapacidade/deficiência tendo como referência a estrutura e a linguagem biopsicossocial proposta pela Classificação Internacional de Funcionalidade, Incapacidade e Saúde (CIF/ICF).MÉTODOS: Estudo do tipo série de casos. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas abordando informações sociodemográficas e do estado clínico, além de componentes biopsicossociais, com 20 mulheres com câncer do colo do útero. O procedimento para descrição da percepção foi feito pela análise dos corpos textuais e ligação com o modelo biopsicossocial da CIF/ICF.RESULTADOS: Após a ligação das informações da entrevista semiestruturada das mulheres com os componentes da CIF/ICF, a maior frequência de relato de incapacidade/ deficiência foi para o componente Atividade e participação (41,6%), seguido de Fatores ambientais (25,2%), Funções do corpo (19,5%) e Estruturas do corpo (13,7%).CONCLUSÕES: Os achados sugerem que a percepção das mulheres sobre a incapacidade/deficiência afeta diferentes componentes do modelo biopsicossocial. A incorporação da percepção das usuárias nas rotinas de planejamento do cuidado em saúde é fundamental para o alinhamento das linhas de cuidado para mulheres com câncer do colo do útero com a Política Nacional de Humanização do Sistema Único de Saúde.
