Albendazole is very important drug in medicinal world. It is broad spectrum anthelmintic drug. The drugs which can kill or destroy the worms or parasites in body can be called as anthelmintic drug. Worm or parasitic infections are very serious kinds of infections in human especially in childhood. But it can be seen in adults also. Medications with proper hygiene can control the diseases to spread among the society. The drugs act by inhibiting the microtubule in the parasite. It can damage the DNS in parasites. The growth of parasite is destroyed by albendazole. It is the derivatives of Benzinidazole ring. Benzimidazole is very potent in destruction of worms or having the anthelmintic property. Benzene can be combined with imidazole ring can be classified as benzimidazole derivative. Albendazole, mebedendazole, thiabendazole, etc are the drugs under that classification. Under this albendazole is one of the important drug compared to that class. The study represents the drug structure, mechanism of action, ADMET, side effects, uses of albendazole.

Prazikuantel miktar tayini için basit, hızlı, spesifik ve yüksek duyarlılığa sahip, çevre dostu spektrofluorimetrik bir yöntem geliştirilmiştir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Prazikuantel konsantrasyonu ile floresan yoğunluğu arasında, 1-20 μg/mL aralığında su içinde, 286 nm emisyon ve 263 nm eksitasyon dalga boyunda, iyi bir korelasyon katsayısı (0.999) olan doğrusal bir ilişki bulundu. Bulgular: Önerilen yöntem Uluslararası Uyumlaştırma Konferansı yönergelerine göre doğrulanmıştır ve sonuçların istatistiksel analizi, 2'den düşük bağıl standart sapma değerleri ile yüksek doğruluk ve hassasiyet göstermiştir. Saptama ve miktar limitleri sırasıyla 0.27 ve 0.81 μg/mL'dir. Önerilen yöntem, ilacın stabilitesini ve asidik, alkali ve oksidatif koşullar varlığında bozunma kinetiklerini araştırmak için genişletilmiştir. Sonuç: Yöntem, prazikuantel tablet formülasyonunun in vitro çözünme çalışmaları için kullanılmıştır. Önerilen prosedürler, prazikuantelin ilaç maddesi ve ilaç ürünlerinde ve degradasyon ürünlerinin varlığının değerlendirilmesi için kullanılabilir. Anahtar kelimeler: Prazikuantel, eksitasyon dalga boyu-263 nm, emisyon dalga boyu-286 nm, çözünme, zorla bozunma Objectives: A simple, rapid, specific, and highly sensitive ecofriendly spectrofluorimetric method has been developed for the quantification of praziquantel. Materials and Methods: A linear relationship was found between fluorescence intensity and praziquantel concentration in the range of 1-20 μg/mL in water at emission wavelength of 286 nm after excitation wavelength at 263 nm with a good correlation coefficient (0.999). Results: The proposed method was validated according to International Conference on Harmonization guidelines and statistical analysis of the results revealed high accuracy and good precision with the percentage relative standard deviation values less than 2. The detection and quantification limits were 0.27 and 0.81 μg/mL, respectively. The proposed method was extended to investigate the stability of the drug and its degradation kinetics in the presence of acidic, alkaline, and oxidative conditions. Conclusion: The method was utilized for in vitro dissolution studies of praziquantel tablet formulation. The suggested procedures could be used for the assessment of praziquantel in drug substance and drug products as well as in the presence of its degradation products.

The current study aimed to develop and new, simple, accurate, economical and stability-indicating RP-HPLC for simultaneous estimation of Amlodipine Besylate, Valsartan and its related substances in their film-coated tablets dosage form. Chromatographic system was performed on the YMC ODS-A C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm particle size) using a binary gradient elution consist of two solvent systems, solution (A) 0.02 monobasic sodium phosphate Adjust with phosphoric acid to a pH of 2.5 and solution (B) consisting of Solution A: Acetonitrile (45:55). At a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, injection volume 10 µL, UV detection at 235 nm, column oven temperature 30 ○ C and autosampler temperature 10 ○ C. This method was validated according to ICH requirements for new methods, which include accuracy, precision, selectivity, robustness, ruggedness, LOD, LOQ, linearity and range. Linear relationships were obtained in the ranges of 10-300 µg/mL and 5-200 µg/mL with correlation coefficients of 0.9997 and 0.9998 for Amlodipine Besylate and Valsartan respectively. The forced degradation studies as acidity, alkalinity, oxidation, heat, thermal, humidity and photodegradation were performed according to ICH guidelines.
