Abstract: International audienceDibutyldimethoxystannanes are known to catalyze the reaction between carbon dioxide and methanol leading to dimethyl carbonate. Despite similarities between din-butyl-and ditert-butyldimethoxystannane, the recycled complexes have different structural features.
