The levels of arsenic, cadmium, chromium, cobalt, copper, iron, lead, manganese, nickel, and zinc in some glutenfree food samples used for celiac disease patients have been determined after microwave digestion by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).
