Spectrum subtraction method for simultaneous determination of acetaminophen and caffeine in panadol extra dosage forms

Abstract: A simple, specific, accurate and precise spectrophotometric method was established for simultaneous determination of acetaminophen and caffeine in pure form and in their pharmaceutical formulation commercially known as Panadol Extra®.
