Objetivo: Verificar a eficácia de oficinas educativas no conhecimento de agentes comunitários de saúde sobre prevenção do pé diabético. Métodos: Estudo de intervenção educativa, do tipo antes e depois, realizado em 25 Unidades Básicas de Saúde nos municípios do interior no estado do Ceará, no estado do Ceará, participaram 53 Agentes Comunitários de Saúde no período de setembro de 2020 a novembro de 2021, os encontros eram mensais durante três meses em cada UBS, com a duração de até duas horas por encontro. Os temas utilizados nas oficinas foram: Vamos entender sobre o diabetes; O que é o pé diabético?; A importância do Agente Comunitário de Saúde na prevenção do pé diabético. A avaliação do conhecimento foi por meio da aplicação de um questionário semiestruturado como pré e pós teste. Resultados: Identificou-se que 81,1% nunca haviam tido alguma capacitação ou palestra sobre a temática e destaca-se que houve melhorias significativas em relação ao entendimento das complicações associadas ao diabetes mellitus (84,9%-100%) e a importância do exame do pé das pessoas com diabetes mellitus (30,2%-100%).Conclusão: As capacitações contribuíram para promover novas informações acerca da temática aos ACS que foi representado pelo aumento na média de acertos em comparação entre pré e pós teste.

Introduction: The community health agent plays an essential role as a link between the community and health institutions; the effectiveness of their work is crucial in promoting health, prevention, and detection of diseases. Motivation and empowerment could affect the performance of the community agent in carrying out his work. Objective: To determine if work motivation and empowerment are factors associated with the self-efficacy of the community health agent. Methodology: Observational and cross-sectional study. The study included community health agents in the Non-Governmental Organization ADRA in Imbabura and Pichincha, Ecuador. The sample selected by the census method corresponds to 300 agents. The instruments were the Motivation at Work Scale (R-MAWS), the Psychological Empowerment Scale, and the Professional Self-efficacy Questionnaire (AU10). Descriptive statistical analyses were performed using dispersion and summary measures—a comparative analysis with chi-square. The inferential analysis was done through logistic regression where the B coefficient and the odds ratio (OR) with 95% confidence intervals (CI) were evaluated, P < .05. The theoretical and adjusted model of the structural model allowed us to corroborate the association of the variables. Results: Motivation had a positive effect on self-efficacy (OR = 10.091, CI [5.509-18.485], P < .05), empowerment had a minimal effect (OR = 0.664, CI [0.363-1.214], P > .05), which is not significant to predict the perception of self-efficacy. Conclusion: This study suggests that to improve the self-efficacy of the work of community health agents, it is necessary to intervene through strategies that keep them motivated in the exercise of their mediation work between the community and health institutions. Likewise, empowering them would contribute to self-efficacy and thus help in the fulfillment of the functions of health agents.

Ziel: Kartierung der Ausbildungsprozesse und der lebenslangen Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen, die von Gesundheitsagenten (ACS) im Kontext der Familiengesundheit erlebt werden, basierend auf dem Konzept der Kultur. Methodik: Ein Scoping Review unter Verwendung der Methodologie des Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) und orientiert am Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension für Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR). Die Suche in den Datenbanken BVS, EBSCO – Academic Search Premier, CINAHL, GreenFILE,SocINDEX, Embase, ERIC, Global Index Medicus, PUBMED, Scielo, Scopus, WOS fand im November und Dezember 2022 statt. Die Suchbegriffe waren: Community Health Workers, Professional Training, Continuing Education, Family Health Strategy, Primary Health Care. Es wurden Studien eingeschlossen, die Erfahrungen in der Ausbildung und lebenslangen Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen von ACS im Kontext der Familiengesundheit analysieren. Bei der Verwaltung der Auswahl der Ergebnisse wurden Endnote und die Rayyan-Software verwendet. Das Überprüfungsprotokoll wurde im Open Science Framework (OSF) registriert. Ergebnisse: Es wurden 25 Studien ausgewählt, die zwei Kategorien generierten: Die Dominanz der Kultur der instrumentellen technischen Ausbildung und Die kulturleitende Ausrichtung der EPS. Die Ausbildung der ACS durchläuft Phasen von Desinvestition und Unsichtbarkeit, die sich auf das biomedizinische Modell konzentrieren. Selbst wenn die EPS-Maßnahmen punktuell sind, orientieren sie sich an aufstrebenden Gesundheitsthemen. Schlussfolgerungen: Die Ausbildungs- und EPS-Prozesse der ACS durchlaufen Phasen des Auf- und Abbaus, des Fortschritts und des Rückschritts aufgrund einer Kultur, die oft das festgelegte Recht beschneidet.
